I just tried my own mod on the gauntlets.... I am not to confident in cutting off the elbow protection piece of the gauntlets, so I warmed them up in very warm water (until soft) and bent them inward about 45°. Once I had them in place, I put them in cold water to hold the angle. They look a lot better that they did stock. When the elbows are bent... they aren't as noticeable, and they now move (somewhat) to the form of the elbow being bent. They also look nice with the arms pointed down in a natural position (not straight down like a robot). Will post pics when I get my camera tomorrow.

Agreed. Would love to see pics. This method is more appealing than any permanent cutting.

Just wait until these are widely released and easily attainable. Pick up extra parts and cut em up.

I can't sleep try to see who is the best TDK the DX02 or DX12...DX12 is THE WINNER!!!
TDKR DX12 is a GREAT FIGURE!!!
Te only complaint is the box is broke in the corners...

I know I said my box was perfect, but I noticed yesterday that one of the corners was split. Doesn't bother me though.

I still like the cut and glue method. I just looks really sharp and "shrinks" the oversized gauntlets quite a bit. But I get not wanting to cut anything. I'll be curious to see the alternate mod.

Might have happened when you opened it, when I got mine the box was perfect but after opening it and looking at it again the corner was split

Yeah mms71 chest like 3x bigger than dx12. Maybe space them out on the shelves and it won't be as noticeable ?

I'm having trouble putting the cape on.
Can some one show how it's suppose to snap on?
I can't figure it out.

DX12 cape is great, just have to know how to futz it and have some patience on getting it to lay right. personally don't feel the need for a custom cape on this figure. previous versions yes, this one no

I'm still surprised some people don't know about lance's capes. They are a staple in the batman threads

I tried the stock cape and was pretty pleasantly surprised. It seems to lay much better on the shoulders than my custom. But, the custom hits the ground better and hangs more naturally in a lot of positions.

Decisions, decisions.
