Did the eye lid mod with a black fine tip marker and it turned out great. I didnt have to remove the PERS system aswell, which was great.

Damn, seems AE ran out of stock again. Any places where I could still find one? I really don't want to go the expensive Ebay way...

you can still pre-order through Bigbadtoystore. I pre-ordered mine through a friends hobby shop, he talked to his SS sales rep and was told there is another wave suppose to be coming in a couple weeks. I think it's really just to fill pre-orders that are still awaiting. So you may want to try doing the pre-order through BBTS or face Evil Bay.

It's much shorter than the one that comes with him. I didn't know lforigno did different lengths. I really like the way this one hangs naturally. Now I need to mod my Keaton cape.

That is the same exact thing I did, I cancelled back in November then re POed Dec. 18th when I saw the stock was coming back in the 28th. I have no previous Nolan/Keaton Batmans so I'm glad I did otherwise I'd still not have one (and kicking myself) or be paying a premium.

At this point I'm kicking myself for canceling my original order. Woulda had this figure in hand by now, but I guess I can't complain because I was still able to get in at the original price.

All this time I've been displaying Bale's headsculpt only. I can't stand the cowl w/ those big pers eyes and the three mouth piece are all equally horrible.

For the people who are really screen accurate; is the dx02 more accurate to TDK than the dx12? i suppose more appropriately, were there any changes to the suit between the movies?

i ask because i love the suit on the dx12, but knowing my ocd, i would be driven crazy if i found out it wasn't accurate to TDK and used it in a joker display.

In TDK his gloves aren't tucked in his gauntlets. In TDKR they are tucked in.

I love this figure. Only futz I did was a custom cape. I'll probably get custom Medi cowl from MRM.

The cape looks great, as does your photos.
