I guess I just didn't like the material so much.

idk DX12's is a bit more accurate with the velvet like material on the outside. DX02's was very thick. I'm not knocking the DX02 btw. I was a strong supporter of it and keeping it stock when I had it. I did no mods to it and even sold my custom cape b/c I preferred the DX02 cape over the custom cape.

Yup, already ordered a Robbie face plate. I will paint the eye lids.

I'll check out the cape before I decide if I want a custom cape.

After seeing how good he looks with some of the awesome mods people have put forward I do intend on doing some, I have hunterelf plate already got a Robbie one on the way (depends on my mood which I'll use) also got a Tony Mei's battle cape on the way.

Probably do the eyes just the black paint for now, heat the shoulder pads, cut the buckle on the gloves, dependant on if I can find a decent non crusty drying glue in the UK I'll cut the elbow pads off and glue them to the elbow.

Finally got this guy. Wow. I've heard the phrase "pictures don't do it justice," but... wow. I got rid of DX02 to get it and I do not regret it one bit. Funny thing, I was convinced to do the eyelid mod but, I really don't see the need. It looks so much more subtle to the naked eye than it does blown up in pictures. The Wayne sculpt. I'm in awe. The only downfall is the cape. I will definitely be getting a custom one soon. I'm on the fence about the glove mod because I'm worried about messing that up but It would improve the hand articulation. Hmm. All in all, I couldn't be happier! I'll hopefully post pictures soon!

So here is my DX12.

List of mods include:
- squint mod
- Tony Meis Cape
- Robbie mouthpiece
- Glove mod
- Gauntlet mod

I know the abs are crooked, it came that way and for some reason I didn't replace it. Also the right (his left) shoulder pad is pushed forward. I need to glue it or something.

At first I just painted them but since I took out the PERS plate to paint them, I just decided to sculpt the squint mod onto them.

Pers cowl with painted eyelids + Robbies faceplate

MonkeyRobotMaster widened Medi cowl + Robbies faceplate

Tony Meis cape

Other mods include...
*Shortening of gloves
*Widening of gauntlets at wrists to fit over the gloves
*Re-glued the shoulder plates fit closer to the body
*Heat/squeeze/freeze method on shoulder plates to form fit the shoulders
*Two part shoulder plates (needs re-doing...)
*Neck shortened by removing the rubber grommet
