thanks Fiend. I've managed to get a second hand Iforigino short version on ebay from a UK seller for £20. Should do nicely. I tried the stock cape and it looks crap. Why cant they just include a cape similar to these custom ones as on-one likes them?

It's up again. I find it weird in general really coupled with this in stock but not in stock thing. Has SS ever had something up that this before I wonder?

Amazing fig!! Absolutely worth the wait. I did have robbies mouth and a custom cape ready to use so i'm not sure how i'd rate it without those, but with them, goddamm!!

I like the Wayne sculpt a lot more in hand. It looks amazing on the batpod too.

Really the only mod I actually want to do now he's in hand is bend those elbow pads in.

Absolutely love this thing!

I took my custom cape off mine and put on the stock and after a bit of futzing i actually mamaged to get it (in my opnion) to look better

I was going to do the eyes. Seeing as the figure will be displayed about 6 feet from me in a case it shouldn't bother me. At the end of the day i don't look at my figures 1cm away unlike close up photo's. I don't see an issue with the armor. Just cutting the gloves and shaping the end of the gaunlets, Adding one of Lance's capes and robbies faceplate are the only things i'll probs end up doing to him.

Then again i miay get it in hand and end up doing everthing to it depending how i feel once its in hand.

Thanks mate and congrats. It's class, you're gonna love it. As for mods, i'm not planning on doing too much. The sticky out elbow pads are the only minor point of the body for me.

Main difference is DX12 doesn't have a rubber suit like the DX02. DX12 has real mesh with the armor pieces on top like on the real one worn by Bale.

So if I were to get a Batman now, it's highly recommended that I get a DX12 instead of DX02? And why are people constantly talking about modding this figure. At the price we're paying, shouldn't it be perfect already?

The only mod I done so far was to lower the neck. I put the DX02 head on the DX12 too.

Its all a matter of opinion. If you like what you see here buy the DX12. No need to mod it if you don't want to.

I, on the other hand, will mod the hell out of it.

In terms of pre orders I think sideshow obi wan episode 1 is next. A true grail for me. But before that there's in stock items I want too... I still haven't got my enterbay BD T2! No money for that one though. I need my stuff to sell.

This thing is amazing though. Its just nice having a tdk suit Batman I can pose!!! What they've done with the suit is brilliant, the Carbon pieces look unreal, on the chest and biceps. The belt is amazing. Really I have no complaints about him from the neck down, other than the elbow pads. The cowl sculpt looks bad from side on if you ask me, but amazing from front on. The eyes don't really bother me, I was prepared to do the eye blackening mod but, I'm in no rush. We all know what to expect from ht capes so that doesn't bother me either. Get a custom one and you're sorted.

I'm loving the accessories too. It's nice to see the sticky bomb gun again.

So it does need work out of the box to take it up a gear. For me Robbies mouth is absolutely essential. But the pieces are easy to come by, that's why I love this forum so much!

Sounds pretty good there mate, its killing me i got mine delivered to my house in England last Wednesday but im stuck in Germany until Wednesday grrrrrrr so i am looking forward to getting in & opening him up to see what i think
Im not sure if i'd get the EP1 obi wan, I was getting back into my SS sandtroopers just before xmas & bought enough parts from Toy anxiety & darren at CK to make another 3 full figures then i'd have 5 but with all this HT stuff coming out i think i'll have to put them on hold,
Im hoping to buy this year Selina Kyle, DX09, Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow & possibly the 89 batmobile depending on if theres any real delays on release. Might try & get the Camo tumbler too but that might not happen depending on funds,
