Picked mine up from UPS last night. My box is also ripped in the same corner. I think it is the material that HT used on this box. I'll bet there are more ripped boxes than not.

Brent, Unfortunately mine suffered very similar damage. Especially the cracked and ripped corners. The cover slip on mine also has the foam peeling, but mine bows so much the box doesn't close properly. I think it has to do where HTs stored the boxes after production. I'm guessing somewhere humid, hence the bowing on mine. I contactet Superpowercollectibles (where I purchased it) and Marcio offered me a discount on my next purchase. It's just a box, and like most, yes I would like to keep its integrity. But this **** is inevitable with HT

guys do you think this is acceptable?

I'm overly picky about things of this nature, so there's no way I would accept something like this.

I want the boxes in just as good condition as the figures.

And for the price, you deserve a higher quality than that!

I know I bought this figure for the foam inserts myself.

I sold the figure the minute I got that sweet foam!

How many of you guys actually took out the PERS to paint around the eyes? I can do it without taking it out I think but it would be a lot easier to paint if it was out.

Just paint the eyelids with flat black diluted . Highly Recomended

If he had the Batmobile, he wouldn't have the Batpod. Can't have both. The reason he got the batpod in the first place is because the Batmobile blew up.


I don't know about everyone else, but I'd rather have the batpod which is faster, has the same ammunition and looks cooler than the big and clunky Tumbler.


Batman didn't need that thing anymore with his cool new motorcycle.

Not to mention that with Catwoman at the controls, the Bat Pod blew the crap out of TWO Tumblers.

I say as long as there is nothing wrong with the figure and accessories and you don't plan on reselling it just keep it.

Is the DX12 box any different in composition than the Indy DX05 box? I received that one a couple of weeks ago in pristine condition.
