Sideshow has totally closed the wait list now entirely, so they must figure that they have more wait list orders than they can fill already, unfortunately.

Hmm... If i type batman dx on sideshowtoy search bar... Its shows batman dx. Then if you see it also says waitlist and the link seems to work.

Thanks guys! Buying hot toys is addictive... what sucks is that is interfering with my lego and saint seiya collection and I have to go out of my way to save up for another display cabinet. I"m talking the huge ones, I hate Detolf ones... Dust gets in them quick XD

I agree, its becoming a bigger problem now, as hot toys is churning out way too many figures and in quick succession. With all the batman line up and the preds, now come the robocop line up... So am going broke with lightning speed. Living in california does not help much either.

Does anyone have a spare robbie the painter DX12 face piece for sale? Unfortunately robbie has stopped producing them at this moment.

If you just want a new faceplate and it doesn't have to be Robbie's, eBay has some promising ones. Can't link them since I am at work and it's blocked but search dx12 mouth and it'll pop up.

When I get my Detolfs I will just use clear tape to cover the openings. That way no dust gets in. I don't plan on opening the doors to play with the figures like some do.

Another great way to keep dust out is to clean the room and the house regularly, plus make sure you don't leave windows open in the vicinity and if you have forced-air heating/cooling, make sure you have a good filter on the return.

Does "reposing" constitute as "playing" ? Because I repose all my figures almost monthly, which obviously means I need to open my detolfs regularly. Hell, sometimes I walk past my figures and I'm like "Hmmmm, I'm moving that head a couple of millimeters to the left." ergo, detolf get's opened again.

That cleaning the house business sounds like a lot of work. I think I will just focus on sealing my Detolf.

Especially if the figure is new, you want to see the figure from as many possible angles as much as possible. I can't really just put a new figure in my detolf duck tape the thing shut and be done with it

Anybody have any tips for washing or cleaning the default cape? This dust and lint is driving me crazy.

Yeah. Actually, I just checked the tracking and it should arrive today.

I think it looks pretty good. Only thing you have to do is trim the peg and that's it. Can't beat it for $20.
