Some here can agree it was overpriced but it made up for it for being a unique and very nice display piece.

But with the prices now, especially on ebay, I don't think it would be worth getting unless found at a reasonable price.

For sure I'm enjoying mine and I don't think I'll be selling it :)

Surprised this is still on Waitlist. How can there be any cancellations (since there was no flexpay option) or card declines, at this point?

Tailoring on Loki's outfit alone almost justifies it's price tag. This figure is a repaint of a figure they already released for MUCH cheaper, and with twice as many extra swap out parts plus a head sculpt.

They always keep extras for people that need to exchange them, once those end, they sell the stock they had left to the waitlist.

Ah, I see. Hadn't thought of the reserve for replacements. Thanks, Rage. :duff

They did not have any replacement figures or parts for this figure. I assume the current waitlist orders will only convert if someone returns their figure, which I don't see happening.

I had 2 issues with my figure that I contacted them about and they said that they did not have any replacements and they could only offer me a full refund.

Exactly, bought solely because I like the look.

They probably keep it open to give the illusion it sold out while HT's pumps more out
This would be a shame since it's a "Summer Exclusive"

Edit: Hmmmm i see a bug do you guys? Lol

I was in the same boat. I also had 2 issues with my figure, and Sideshow would only offer me a refund for it. In the end, one of them was too much for me to keep it. But I agree with some of the other posters- it did look phenomenal in hand. It seemed overpriced, but given the current pricing trend, maybe it was properly priced after all....

I have mine sitting on my desk on it's platform. I have a large, north facing window on the other side of my desk. So during the day it's beautifully lit and if I don't have any lights on, the background behind it is pretty dark. It looks really, really nice.

That sounds awesome, still haven't decided how/if I wanna set mine up, hes been cozy in his box for the last month :(
