I'm french so I can translate for you what he is saying:
Basically, he is saying that the figure is one of the worst Hot Toys figure ever made.
The figure looks cheap and the bad quality of the plastic used for the armor makes the figure looks like a Hasbro figure...
He also complains that the cape cannot be ironed and that the weathering, especially on the helmet, is really cheap.
The articulation seems to be stiff too.

So the guy is complaining about the figure quality during all the video basically.

Based on what I've seen until now I can't believe he is true, so I hope the figure in hand is not that cheap...

Yeah I don't know why the guy is so pissed off about the quality of the figure.
Looks nice to me. I cancelled my preorder for Finn since I was disappointed with the final product but I maintain my preorder for Phasma.
I'm sure she will looks great next to Kylo and a stormie.

Here's a couple more pics on shelf. She really pops on display as my eye is drawn right to the big shiny Stormtrooper.

Really a cool looking figure and to those worried about the black strip over the eyes, yes it's weathering and the chrome does shine through. All the other troopers have a solid black strip so I'm actually surprised she doesn't.

Thanks TonTon. She really does make the First Order display feel complete. I need to figure this cape out though. It's like a nylon material and wired along the bottom and in the red piping. I don't think water treatment will have much effect so you just have to futz, get it to where you like it and then don't touch it.

She came out really awesome but since I have no first order troopers I'll probably pass but she is a beauty for sure. It's tempting but I'm holding my ground.

I'm a personal Phasma addict. I have about 14 versions of her and this is one I'm dying for. She looks so damn epic.

In regards to the ****** claims or screen time. This is the first film of a new trilogy and in a new hope boba was cut out, not to mention Phasma in her first film appearance had more impact than boba's actual first appearance with the special edition. She's getting her empire treatment in the next one surely. Especially seeing she was so popular, and I doubt they are unaware how disappointed people are in her treatment. Boba had 3 films to garner a fanbase over the last 30 years. Phasma has had 1 film and 6 months. Perspective!

Boba Fett didn't even exist until after ANH came out. He wasn't cut out of the original ANH.

I've heard she's going to have a more prominent role in VIII, here's hoping she'll be more proficient in that movie. If so, I'll probably buy the VIII version of the character.

Considering all the hoopla over such an important character being female and the commander of the troopers, think they would have had her take her helmet off at least once. Wonder how many casual fans/viewers still don't even realize the character is female.. An don't say the voice gives it away cause it could just as easily be some alien species under there that have naturally female sounding higher pitched voices, this is scifi make believe after all... And I still feel bad for little boys who were the character for halloween since the pictures on the costume didn't really look like a girl either.
