If it's like HT's chromed endo figures a cotton bud with a drop of acetone will take it off in 5 seconds.
Mine is on its way will let you know.

Good lord people...get a life. It's a tiny little line of black.

It looks like they just went a little overboard with the weathering there.
Didn't the Stormtrooper Officer end up having better articulation than the original First Order Stormtrooper? Phasma may have better articulation as well.It is. On some of the shots you can clearly see its silver.
Not a problem at all. Figure looks fantastic, my only complaint is that the suit looks the same as the troopers so articulation is gonna be stiff.
People are paying $250 for this figure. They should expect perfection, especially if the prototype had it in the correct color.
Phasma just cleared customs. Should have her tomorrow or Wednesday. I'll be sure to post some fresh out-of-the-box pics.
It looks very nice. Do you happen to have Kylo for some side by side photos? Here are a few straight from the box shots. Think I may water treat the cloak. The finish on the armor is really well done and very reflective. She seems less restricted than previous troopers and has ratchet joints in the legs.
Glad to have her in the collection but we really need more heroes now.

This still came out great, even with the darker colored bands above the eyes. Looks like Hot Toys will be the only company that got that part wrong. Even the cheap 30.00 helmets got it right.

As you can see in a close up its not actually painted black. They've just been a bit heavy on the weathering.
