Daisy is cute, but not a distinctive face. Here it showed. Sculpt looks kind of "meh".

Yeah, she really does have a somewhat generic "pretty" face (both her and Boyega have a touch of bland-TV-actor vibe about them,) so maybe it was harder to deliver a sculpt that people could get excited about.

Love the outfit though.

Interested to see what HT can do with Adam Driver's face - which is both funky and interesting. He has some edge.

I think she looks great and (IMO) one of the better HT female sculpts. Not collecting this line but she would an instant buy if i was. Looking forward to some good in hand pictures of the final product in a few months.

On the shelf she can keep it on for as long she likes.

The underlying likeness looks good to me, but this comparison shows pretty clearly how the eyeliner is laid on way too heavy and she's not nearly tan enough.

And I have to admit I'm kinda bummed to see BB-8 being made part of a separate combo... which can only mean it'll be a whole lot more expensive.

I see the resemblance moreso than their Paltrow, Olsen and Johansson sculpts to be honest. Can't wait to see IRL photos of her at the secret base. Plus, she will definitely be on display at their Toy show on the 18th too.

Great set, but this is the first underwhelming sculpt in this line IMO. I'll probably still get it, but I really hope they work on the sculpt before release. At the moment it looks more like Keira Knightly.

That's just JC Hong's crappy painting.

Production paintwork will probably be more natural, and if they copy Sideshow's production paint the way they're copying their stands, she'll hopefully have a tan.

The combo also gets the sand drift.

Not bad. Eyes too big. BB-8 needs more weathering. Unlike Sideshow, Hot Toys usually improve from proto to release.

Yes, I assume Rey and Finn will be on display at their Toy show too! Good catch.
Wonder if they will do a BIGGER reveal there, like Solo etc.

Same, I really liked the Hawkeye promo photos but Secret Base footage sold me on him.

I think Rey looks great, some of you may have a point with the likeness from certain angles but soon as I saw photos on IG this morning I thought it looks spot on, few of these look 100% from every angle... Think I have found my first non First Order figure, plus she will be my second female one

I couldn't be more happy about how this turned out. I definitely see enough of Daisy Ridley in the sculpt, but more importantly the eyes looks much better than some of the previous figures like Black Widow and Scarlet Witch. To me, those two had those terrible "dead" eyes that I found off-putting. This is a big improvement in my opinion. Not perfect, but pretty close. Can't wait to pre-order!

I think the biggest detractor is actually the width of her neck. It keeps it on the edge of hitting super realism and figure. If her neck was a smidge wider it would match the photo of Daisy very well. Either way I love this figure and hopefully I'll have the opportunity to get her. I really like the outfit. Plain looking with lots of detail, the type of thing that impresses people when they look at your collection.

I think the sculpt is decent, Daisy just doesn't have a distinctive look at all. She doesn't have a real recognizable face to me.

Anyway I like the look of the whole figure though and BB-8 looks great.
