It is indeed a bad ass representation of Blade.

I do believe however that their Arnold and Gerard sculpts are more dead on when compared to their Wesley.

Still though, bottom line is simply this:

HT Blade 2 is a must own!

I can only imagine the greatness of a Blade 1 if they ever choose to release one.

Right on. All I'm suggesting is they can do a better Blade. I can see with my own eyes what is wrong with theirs and it would be such a simple matter to fix for the next one.

That second photo is the cows tit! Looks awesome!!!

And the funny part.....with his glasses on and in that angle....I now clearly see Snipes / Blade

As soon as those glasses are off though, he looks like Tobey Maguire

HELP! Hi, I really want to buy this figure and someone in the Sell/trade section has one up for 140 plus 30 shipping coming from Hong Kong. I've been wondering the same thing myself. I want to buy a figure from him but a little hesitant because he's a new member and doesn't have any feedback on this forum. One person has bought from him and hopefully will leave feedback, and I can feel comfortable buying from him.

I agree with you that sometimes when I look at the HS I don't see Snipes 100% but from certain angles it's there. The shades always stay on mine though and the rest of the figure is 100% Blade.

I don't always switch the poses on my figures...maybe once every 3 months or something I suppose. Blade has already seen probably a dozen poses since I've owned him and every one kicked @$$!

Fixed the only thing I saw wrong with your statement.

See, as an owner of both heads I have to pretty much say my opinion is fact. Don't tell me you can't instantly see which one look's more like Wesley/Blade. Not which one is a better product.

We got Blade's stuntman and if you think he's perfect then thats cool, but I want something better for the next Blade figure (if there is one) because I'm a huge fan of the films, character and actor.

I have been reading through the last few pages and although i do not have the figure in hand i tend to agree with badism about the sculpt..its very much like the tony stark mech test sculpt in the way thats its more blade then snipes like that sculpt is more stark then downey junior.
And if we have learned anything from hot toys is that they always improve with each figure release(The prince aside) so if they release a new blade from the 1st movie or 3rd they should definitely nail the likeness 4 that release.

I agree, while it looks more like snipes.....the HT sculpt quality is far far more superior.

HT just needs to improve their likeness of Snipes while simultaneously keeping their excellent craftsmanship.

That would be a WIN/WIN!

As it stands now, I would take the better quality Blade 2 sculpt over the more accurate but much lesser quality Marvel sculpt.

Here's a second Blade that I bashed using the extra gear from the Hot Toys version and a repainted head from the Toy Biz version... Yes it isn't as detailed as Hot Toys, but I agree that it look more like Snipes...

They look too big for me......but I don't have him in hand yet so I could be wrong.
