Yeah this happened to me and it really sucks, I love the HS on this fig and having little chunks of black paint on just kinda ruined it for me. Does anybody have a solution for this or our we doomed.

You would either have to repaint the shades or just get a different pair. The gloss coating they put on them doesnt like the matte finish on the sculpt. :banghead

I think it is a great figure I got him today I posted a review on youtube at Johnnyr2525 check it out.

To prevent painted surfaces from sticking and possibly causing damage, I'd suggest putting some masking tape (i use a real thin type used for modelling) on the inside frames of the glasses. if you cut thin strips of the right size then the tape shouldn't be noticeable, but should be enough to create a barrier. and modelling masking tape is not sticky enough to cause damage to the underlying paint. i use this technique often, especially with repainted parts.

Thats not a bad idea actually maybe even a electrical tape could work.

I think I'll put a little strip of tape along them just to be safe...

Might be here tomorrow! :rock

I just took a look at your review, why is everything backwards?

Good stuff though I'm totally over excited about this...

Finally got my Daywalker. I must say that this is the most amazing figure I have ever held in my hand. Of the hundreds of 12 inch figures I have owned this is the first one that, to my eyes, is totally 100% convincing as being a real (tiny) person and the first one that needed no futzing out of the box. The only thing I did was replace the glasses with my glasses from my custom Blade 1 figure. I was so excited I took many pictures and I want to share them with you guys......

Nice poses Badism. Really making me wish I had the money for this figure.

I share your pain. I didn't have the money to spare for him, but I bought him anyway. I was worried about him becoming harder to find and more expensive. I am going to have to eat a lot less for the next month or so and I quit smoking. Yes, I quit smoking to buy a hot toys figure. :lol

Thanks for the comments all.
