You know it'd be kind of funny if instead of a Police Station Shootout Terminator they instead release "T-800 in Sarah's Mom Disguise" instead. Then we could get the all the cool police station attire and a sweet rotary phone as a bonus.

Assuming they really do make the upper-half of an Endo. Eh, it's not impossible. She wouldn't really come with a lot of stuff to begin with, anyway. Either that, or she'd be priced at only $130.

I know he wasn't being literal but the reaction is still strange to me. The T2 and T1 collections would be better if they had 84 Sarah and young John. The storylines of the films could be played out on your shelves where as it stands we've got a T-800 fighting a T-1000 over nothing, and likely we'll have Kyle Reese fighting a T-800 over nothing.
By the way though thats a great idea about the "Half an Endo" that could come with T1 Sarah. I would definitely buy that. Thats the end of the film you can play out with one purchase.

Like I said, if they add some bonus item an 84' Sarah would sell VERY well. Sarah with "big hair" would rock imo.

I was thinking more like $144.99. Even if they just added the half Endo with dressed Sarah they could still justify the price tag. But the way HT's has been rolling I wouldn't be surprised to see say a bonus Reese sculpt for the same price. I hope so anyway.

It's interesting. No, I don't act out scenes. I just like to have a representation of a character I really like on the shelf. But only the ones I really like or ones that are visually interesting. That's just me of course, not judging.

OK now its for me to say that I wasn't being literal! No I don't play with my figures. I'm just talking about setting them up on shelves and taking photos. Consider OMGs photo-series when he got the T-1000. Do you not think those photos would have benefitted in having young John? In one shot OMG even had the T-800 protectively holding back air where John should have been.

ideally it would have been nice if they made for T2 line T-800, T-100 and John so you could display John in the center sorrounded by the terminators. same concept for T1 with Sarah in middle. if they make Sarah for T1 then that isn't fair to t2 fans with no John. they are the "targets" in the films.

I admit I don't pose much, most, if not all my stuff is posed in a standard, straight forward, side by side way. It looks more organized that way (imo) but i've seen action poses and it works well too.

going back to T-800 for T1 I hope Hot Toys uses good amounts of glue for the metals or whatever those are on the back of the jacket and gloves because there's lots of them and it's going to look bad if pieces fall off left and right like the lapels on the T-800 jacket.

If I had a time displacement machine I'd buy extras of all these figures and send them in a fleshy bag back to myself roundabout 1991/2.
