This is fantastic news for me. I seem to remember having to wait a torturous amount of time for the T2 at the beginning of the year but this one I should have very quickly. Hopefully it'll be timed just right for the irish postal service to get its arse in gear again like the rest of us. And my missing BBTS parcel better show up too.

I pulled out my old DVD of this flick in honor of the upcoming figure, and relived why I love the original TERMINATOR so much.
I really hope Hot Toys gives us a new, realistic, and detailed 1984 Kyle Reese. Complete with trenchcoat, shotgun, and hobo pants with _____ stains!

Yeah, this is the biggest reason I see HTs not doing this figure.
As well as having to get Beihns likeness, they also have to get permission to use the Nike brand.

If hot toys can get arnolds likeness, Im pretty positivie they can aquire Michael Biehns. As for the shoes, they could do the whole figure movie accurate just create a "knockoff" nike shoe. Im sure Hot Toys will make two versions of Kyle Reese and a police shootout arnold before they leave this franchise
I certainly hope they don't not to do Reese just because they couldn't get NIKE to sign off on it. I'm sure they wouldn't be that silly, all they need to do is give him generic runners, anyone could paint the NIKE symbol on.
I am so PO'ing this off R.E. this next weekend. Together with Falconer, January will be HT-riffic!
I have to think it will. I just can't fathom how they would pass on doing T2 BD...such a scenario would be the most mystifying decision of a toy company ever heard of.

I have no doubt they'll do it ............... their strategies are just a little goofy at times. I just can't say the same for T1.
