I will tell you guys now, be very observant of the right studded arm patch below the elbow on the jacket, i had one of the studs come off while posing, no biggie at first since it came off in my hand and then i go to get the glue and tweezers...and then...____ me..i pick up the stud with my tweezers to apply glue and the stud goes pissing off somewhere across my room, i was vaccuming my room too at this time..i'll find it though i hope..otherwise i am sure a local craft store would have these.

Any idea when US retailers will be sending this guy out? Ordered from Alter Ego; but haven't really been following the thread to closely.

And awesome Future Reese Terminator_Fan_Game... that looks sick; especially when compared to the stock figure :rock

Didn't Maulfan said Sideshow is getting their allotment in a week or two? Probably within the next month, if so.

Correct, Sideshow's email said to have funds ready by 1/7 and the estimated arrival put him at arriving like 1/9 so Sideshow orders will probably ship early next week. If they ship mine Monday I'd have it for the weekend, here's hoping.

Tomorrow the holidays officially end and I am back at work, but today I am going out to pick up my ahhhhnold figure.
Will take some pics and post in the next few hours. :)

In regards to Biehn's likeness I remember he originally didn't want to let fox use his likeness in Alien 3 for the split second they shown his body. I remember him saying in the special features of Alien 3 they paid him almost as much as they did for the whole Aliens movie just to use his face again after he called his agent and made sure they paid him.
If that was only for that split second where you still don't really see much to be fair I can't imagine what he'd say to figures.
Then again he wont be getting much work today as he was then I'd imagine so maybe he'll ease up on the idea.

I thought his issue with Alien 3 was disaggreeing with killing off Hicks and how and when in the movie, which I could understand, he was a cool character and his death was lame.

He didn't belive they had the right to use his face at the start of the movie which they didn't. He knew somebody who saw a prop body of his on the set and they told him. He then phoned his agent and he made sure he got paid for it.
It was on the blu ray alien anthology. I'm not sure if it's on any other sets since there was some exclusive alien 3 content on the new blu ray set if my memory serves me correctly.

One gets a slightly di**ish impression from Bein in those interviews but then nobody has anything good to say about the making of Alien 3. It truly was a knightmare shoot by all accounts!
I still like it for what it is though!

Here are some pics. I think this is an awesome figure and the body especially feels of the highest quality. The joints are smooth, without being loose. I mention this because of how tight the joints on the berserker body are and this figure feels so different (and better).

Some crappy pics:

I got that impression with him in that interview but I don't blame him , it was a stupid idea to kill him but then to have the nerve to show his dead body with his face in the spaceship without even letting him he was going to be shown in the movie is pushing it a bit imo. :lol
I'm glad he got money off of fox anyway.
I noticed yesterday they actually took down a professional review from spill.com that gets thousands if not millions of views. It was taken down since they were using there content apparently. What a way to make your movies look good.:rotfl

Hey thanks for the pics Balsquat! I like the 2 standing side by side.

I do not know what to do. The T1 T-800 looks great. But I like posing them in 2 in my detolf, and there is not another figure yet from Terminator 1 yet. i hope they make a Reese.

You could just use the extra head and mechanical arm to make a separate figure. I can't imagine it being too expensive and you will get two cool looks. It is killing me to have an extra head sitting in the box. :gah:

Yeah that's a good idea. If they ever make a Reese then I could sell
It.

You think so? I thought that was one of the best parts of that documentary. After hearing Biehn say that stuff, I thought to myself, "Hey, Michael Biehn should have his own late night talk show".

If i dont buy this now. Is the T1 - t800 going to be one of those collectibles a few years from now, where I am going to say I wish I would have picked this one up, kinda like the mark 1, and wolverine.??? Or is Hot toys just going to keep making these from the terminator line.

I think it would be foolish of HT to not make at least one more version of T800 from T1 to salvage the cost of acquiring the license and so forth. Personally, this was always a pass for me but I'm starting to like the look and the overall proportion of this figure. I was never a fan of the clothing of this figure - however it is a good alternate look when you consider that the shootout version will be dressed fairly similarly to the T2 T800...so this compliments the T2 T800 well. But more T800s must be on the way. Both T1 and T2 Arnolds could have DX versions really...

Yea, I would bet on it. Both would make excellent DX figures.

Police shootout and Battle damaged T2
