Baloo, I believe thats Batman79's table/chair/lamp set for The Dark Knight Interrogation Room environment. Theres a thread for it in the DC section, should be quite recent, maybe on page 2. I've ordered this on Bigbadtoystore.com

sorry for the late response.... I got it from BBTS (bigbadboytoystore.com) hope this helps ...........A-DEV is correct its from the batman interrogation room set. Overall good quality and the lamp lights up with one led.
