Something tells me that when Hot Toys finally does decide to make the 1/6 scale T-800 PS version, it's not gonna look as good as yours. Just a hunch. Nice pics in the elevator & the T2 sequence is awesome.

Nah I'd say the official figure, if it ever happens, will be better than any of our kitbashes - unless, as some believe is the case with the DX10, they somehow manage to make the headsculpt inferior. Their figure will have a proper, better fitting T1 jacket unlike our T2/MMS02/Saturday toys jackets. They'll presumably have accurate weapons, one hopes at least. And the grey vest, which actually has a pattern on it in the movie, I'm sure will be better tailored and be more accurate than what we're using right now. Hopefully.

I am curious what HT plan is and how the Arnie head sculpt or sculpts turn out. Been thinking about putting my bd hs to use, but I know the minute I start it and get the parts we will get the official announcement. I will just wait a bit longer and see what happens.

Nowt else to do but post a few pics. This is with the headsculpt I got from Commando - blood removed, endo eye - also I reversed the grey vest because the bullet wounds on his chest were innaccurate and crappy looking. I'll redo the bullet wounds or not depending on what HT eventually does with the official figure. Meantime he represents the police shootout before he gets shot by anyone.

Due to the cool lighting my Pescadero elevator has become my default photo stage.

Thing is, since their doing the Police shootout figure at 1:4 scale they may not wish to release a 1:6 figure at the same time as they could take sales away from eachother. And we've been teased with the 1:4 scale version first, which would seem to suggest that thats whats coming out first.

What? Thats your pose, just robotically swivelling sideways scanning for targets to his right. He actually does that in the film near the end of the shootout.

I've since changed the pose back to what I had in my previous recent pics - the exact SS PF pose - and I don't think theres anything gay about that I have to say. Again, I'm pretty sure he takes that exact pose in the film while shooting someone

This is r5150s's Endoskeleton. I bought it off him some months ago. Its my 'T1' version of the endoskeleton. I also have one chromed by CREGcustoms that I call my 'T2'.

Theres a small piece broken off in his torso as the eagle eye may notice that I still haven't fixed.

Not yet. I'm still working with my same old horrifically overcrowded and generally ill-suited bookshelves, as I expect I will be for at least another year or two.

You don't need a display case to show pics of your figures, just take some pics of each figure and post them, if you feel so inclined

every time i see a chromed endo i wonder how much difference it gives to the figure.
