That pose was fine, he does that **** in the film when he's blowing officers away.

Nothing gay about the stance or the pose. If I had a Police Shootout version I'd probably pose it similarly.

As for the Endo, man, those pics are great. I know exactly what you were going for with that. The T-800 trying to barge through the door, then stalking Sarah and Reese with his damaged leg. Excellent execution there.

Not a lot with those sun glasses :wink1:

I have the original Hot Toys Battle Damage T-800 Gargoyle sunglasses but they’re to long for the new T1 T-800 BD head and I'm not cutting the arms of them because they’re too rare. These are close enough for me and cheap enough to cut without losing much.

Excellent posing with that Endo, a-dev. Somehow in that scene, his dragging leg makes him more menacing. Also, you have the lighting spot on. The endo always looks best in the shadows. BTW, is the missing piece you mentioned the lower pectoral piston? Where are you going to get a replacement?

it's so funny how many people managed to see dancing legs in the movie where legs are shown only a couple of times and always standing steady and firmly both on the ground.
but whatever. if your version of the movie had a dancing robot, it's your loss )

OK look technically there is nothing wrong with either pose I've had it in. The SS pose is what someone looks like mid-walk (even an entirely heterosexual robot) - but perhaps it doesn't translate well when frozen and it looks like a dancing robot.

In any case I changed the pose to both feet firmly on the ground.

You'd best be extra mindful of your own poses in future P. because I'll be ready with a strongly scrutinising eye! :D

Thanks chaps. What I think really makes it is the extra balljoint shoulder movement r5150s added into it. Unfortunately one of them was broken and I had to glue it but the other is fine and the whole shoulder apparatus can move forwards and backwards. I like the way it makes his back less flat when I move it forward. I also had in mind those shots of the endo in the film where they used just the torso upwards mounted on some guys shoulders, where the camera would be looking at the endo from a low angle making it seem tall (even though technically it should be smaller than Arnie in every way)

Ok now im gonna be lazy and just ask instead of searching....

What kind of glue can i use to stick back on one of the metal diamond / squares that's fallen off of his jacket elbow/ back ?
normal super glue??

There's something really irritating about P.'s posting. I don't know if it's a language barrier or lack of couth but there's something really bitter and flippant about those posts.

well sideshow pose recoil would swirl the body and spoil the aiming;
and together with your later bent knees it just is wrong according to the movie scene.
but yes, technically there is nothing wrong even with putting a terminator into a zeppelin. he can do that.

your advice will be always helpful! actually your usual posing skills were the reason why i was so disturbed with that last one )

i used superglue on 4 jackets, and evey time it worked perfectly. just use a really tiny drop.

Ah but hes a T-800, I don't think the recoil would mess with his balance. :wink1: Either way though I've done what you suggested and I think it looks better. I've got the SS upper body and arm pose but he's standing still while firing. I might have a slight bend in the knees but not as much as those most recent shots.

I'm happy with that recovery. :)

1. his weight is close to humans: no bike/car/matt-bodybuilder overload. so yes, recoil would affect his balance pretty much. he can compensate it better but...
2. he is a machine chosing what's best, not what's worst. that's visible enough. not "totally" but "enough".
3. he is a human actor who is affected even by light blanks recoil plus he was noted for a natural weapon usage for that movie. which includes avoiding stupid poses. light weapons in technoir - free poses. heavy weapons in police scene - "stop / aim / shoot".
:D

According to firemen in T3 he 'weighs a tonne!'

However since T3 doesn't exist I accept your argument.

(You're about to say that T2 doesn't exist either aren't you
