I just noticed that my exposed endo arm doesn't want to fit into the bicep cut anymore. I've tried clear nail polish and didn't worked either. Does anyone have a solution? I was also thinking of using a drop of superglue on the tip of the arm, but I'm worried if it will lock up the arm.

Are those "custom" heads bigger than the original? The MMS136 heads are no way in scale with the two MMS238. It's just unfortunate HT didn't bothered since who wouldn't want to display them together?

as for displaying 136 & 238 together, i must check it again.

with a dark background it looks ok.

but when well-lit... not so ok anymore.

though those bodies are modded, i guess it looks a lot worse when the contrast between body and head adds to the head size difference.

oh! and here are photos of custom heads, i found them.

i definitely don't like the paint on them. while the quality of paint is decent, application of shadows is all wrong and ruins the sculpt.
i don't think they are bigger, they are just closer to the camera.

That guy with the 228 dollar head has some weird system of upping his prices as he runs through his stock. I've had heads on my watchlist that went from 30 usd to 230 out of nowhere.

I may have asked this in the wrong thread but were there any known issues with the BD head (the cleaner one) the LED eye doesn't want to stay lit anymore and I can't tell if the head is defective or just requires a new set of cell batteries.

I think they sent them all out with batteries less than half full. Mine didn't work for very long either. Although I haven't replaced any of the batteries yet so I could be wrong.

and yes 90% chance it's just dead battery, happened to lots of people. stock batteries are almost dead from the beginning. just replace them.

Yeah, I tried the light up eye a couple of times and that's it. Its funny how much more accurate the Tech-Noir sculpt is compared to the 238 less damaged head to Arnies likeness. Of all of HT's sculpts I wish the 238 had been one of the better efforts instead of one of their worse. The undersized body is also a bugbear of mine. I give the 238 shelf room because T1 is one of my all time favourite movies.

The 238 is a major disappointment all around. The body is too thin, the neck is disproportionate and requires a mod, the heads are too big and oval, the sculpts are massively off the mark and finally the damaged head is painted in completely the WRONG color scheme.

While the Tech Noir isn't perfect either, it's far a more of a faithful representation of the T1 T-800 and you can tell HT put a lot of effort into it.

Yep. MMS238 is better than absolutely nothing and cheaper than customs... but there's been a few customs of it built at out of 136 BD head which look fan ****ing tastic. Sure it doesn't look 100% Arnie, but it's got the correct menace it should have. With a better hairsculpt, and maybe some squint, it would be perfect.

MMS238 on the other hand has a fat head, flat paint baby boy face, and anorexic body by Arnie standards.

AR-18 existed only in metal, for crazy money, and SPAS-12 was not painted properly before.

I love that only hardcore Terminator fans will crap on the 238. I've seen dozens of Youtube reviews and they all have glowing praises, and I'm the one yelling at the monitor "No, that's not correct!"
