P yes I have a big monitor for my PC. I just paused the film and posed Ahhnuld, took the photo.
thanks for the explanation, i guess i tried the same some years ago, but with a not very good monitor, so the background had lots of flare lights or made the figure itselft dark if i didn't use a flash :)

though one time that effect worked good.

''Gad-dayum!''

Those look great P.. As if your T1 collection wasn't already trouncing mine enough :lol

thank you, but don't be so unjust to yourself - it was your photo of that pose that haunted me for years, and finally i gave up :)

now i'm struggling against making a pistol reloading pose. don't think i'm ready to spend $400 just for that :lol

Some day you'll be bored with money to spare and you'll probably go ahead and do it, it's the way it always goes with us.

That pic of mine made me wonder if I still have a gunshop Tech Noir as I couldn't remember seeing it recently - I don't, I changed that into ''Just standing there'' T-800 with the fist hands - and that was inspired by one of yours :lol

yes i remember you saying that :) "just standing there" really looks nice on its own, and i do like it more than "WRONG" figure. the "WRONG" pose just looks wrong due to wrong elbow joints of MMS136 and wrong direction of eyes.

still i kept the "WRONG" pose, too. by the way, i drilled new SPAS-12 and added the stock from the old one. almost easiest thing i ever did :) "almost" - because there was a spring inside, right in the drill's direction.
didn't take photos yet, will show how it looks one day.

That's the sort of stance Arnie is in when he stands on the side of the road, just before he hot wires the car.

Squeezed an LED into the laser awhile back. Wires run through the hand, up the sleeve, down the pants, and out the back of the boot.

Wow nice work, interestingly the description of how yours works is almost identical to what the wiki page on Guns used in Terminator says. Supposedly it took a lot of juice back in 1984 to achieve the laser beam effect.

My bad boys!

Will be putting together the Tamiya Honda bike, so hopefully I can post some pics up soon.
I remember seeing Gargoyle67 post pics of the bike some time ago on SS and have wanted to make the Honda ever since.

I was going to make the same comment about Arnold having a nice brown tan , but I didn't know if they were painted that way or it was because of the camera. I didn't want to be an @$$

always loved his pics. lights and poses fit the movie wonderfully. one of reasons why i don't even try to do with all mine what he achieved with only one figure. great work.

His work was the main inspiration for my Pescadero photo series. In fact he did his own Pescadero stuff, I also have those photos saved.

Thank you for the kudos, to this day, this is still one of my most favorite shots I've ever done, I took a shot trying to create a fake 1/6 light and using that as the actual light source for the photo and it worked out.

I would kill to have your dios for shooting with, I've always faked scenery with whatever was laying around, boxes, construction paper, I used a piece from a NECA Hannibal Lecter figure for prison bars in a T-1000 shot.

I miss having this figure, wish I didn't have to sell it, but at least I now have the Enterbay T-800.
