I'm ready to accept some hate. I'm not sold on the likeness; in some shots it looks perfect but not in others. Looks a little too Asian-esque to me but not enough to put me off. I love the character, always have from when I heard the stories and the musical before the Depp film.

If i'm honest I never did. Nor did I think Robert Downey Jr was but the IM2 HS definitely looked that way to me also. It's annoying.

I did wish at one point that Medi would get a Naruto license but alas, nup. Would have bought a part one Sasuke, strapped a guitar on him and bam! His emoness is complete.

They still can release a street clothes version or even a DX with both costumes.

Wow that likeness is great,i am definitely getting this,better likeness than Jack Sparrow.

What has the sculptor Song Hye Hyun done earlier except Platoon?Platoon was very impressive when it came to the likeness,and so is Sweeney Todd too.

I think all she's done so far (while working for HT) has been the Platoon figures. I do believe she's handling the Alice sculpt from the Resident Evil films as well...

So far she has really shown her talent. Looking forward to seeing more from her.

No question this figure is much better then the Medi version, but I still like mine. Am I getting this one? _____* YES!! There was never a question about that. But I will say that with a better paint job the Medi is no worse then some of the other figures that have been re-done.

But he has been transferred to my office and this one will live at home.
