I might have a decent idea of what this movie was meant to be (and what it wasn't) so when I read posts that imply that Zack is a sexist or that he's dumb and I know better it makes me

I'm pretty sure this is a shot in the dark, but has there been any word of HT committing to producing any more figures from this line?

BTW, Zach Snyder is my hero. And Mrs. Tobor64 loved Sucker Punch. Didn't think it was sexist at all & dug how all the girls kicked a$$.

As someone who knows Zack personally I must say that 99% of Eamon's posts in this thread make me

I can't wait to see what he does for superman. We are long over do for a good superman movie, and I think he is the perfect guy to knock this out of the park. I wasn't crazy about sucker punch or Watchmen, but the only flaws I felt either movie had were the fact that the stories themselves were already loaded to be met with skepticism. I remember reading that another director attempted to make Watchmen in the 90's and ended up bailing on the project, and the movie was deemed unmake-able. So I think he proved that to be wrong, and definatley made Watchmen the best it could be. Superman to me is a much safer story to be translated to a movie, and there is so much awesomeness in the superman franchise that is just dieing to be translated to film. I really do think this movie could be better than 300.

That's right, you heard me. I don't like the Christopher Reeve films. They don't do the character justice.

b/c this is a sucker punch hot toy thread I won't try to jump in to the intellectual deep end with you on this one. but I think when you consider the fact that the film was made in 1978 you could appreciate that it was amazing in its time, and in many peoples eyes has held up even to today's standard in movies. Also you can't deny that Christopher Reeve's looked and acted the part perfectly. Even Zach Snyder made all of the actors auditioning to play superman wear the Christopher Reeves superman costume so obviously even he respects Christopher Reeve's superman (at least aesthetically). I laugh at the idea of a bunch of guys auditioning for superman. There was probably more strong chins than a Chinese bodybuilding competition.

Yep, Sucker Punch is sexist toward men, out of the entire male cast of characters, only one isn't shown as a scumbag.
