Did Amber and Blondie even have an impact on the plot? I don't only want Sweet Pea for the eye candy but also because she was integral to the plot and the ending of the film

I'm not basing my preferences on that.

The only reason I wouldn't get Blondie, is if they gave her rooted hair.
I just hope they actually do the others.. what a shame otherwise.

Agreed, it's too good of a line to pass up on....I can see them only doing Jake Sully from Avatar (which is a shame because Neytiri and Quatrich deserve figures too) but the Sucker Punch girls are easy to make!
