speaking of the hellicarrier...it was implied in the ironman 2 game that stark industries built it but in the avengers it wasn't mentioned at all. anyone know if that's a fact in the movieverse or not?

From what I recall, Stark Industry technology is used but it wasn't actually built by them. When Tony first arrived on it, he makes no mention of any such creation. I may be wrong though.

Howard Stark demonstrated a hover car (that failed) on the first stark expo in CA:TFA. Its possible to think that he perfected the technology and helped engineer the hellicarrier.

Maybe Howard Stark was involved but not necessarily the company.

Hawkeye is August/September as well according to my supplier. Captain America is still September as well but i think he's likely to get pushed back to October/November. *Then Thor and Loki will come out December and Black Widow pushed back to Jan/Feb.
