Better!? What the hell are you babbling about? The Super Predators are bigger than the regular Predators. Deal with it.

1) classic pred is a lot shorter and weaker than predator 1,2 compared to people and things around him
2) "super predators" are a little taller and a little stronger than classic predator
3) classic pred =\= predator 1, superpreds are not bigger than P1,2, deal with it. "" (c)

I only saw one breed of Pred take out another (classic) who really was not in any real shape to fight after being pinned up,starved and left to die.

The people who made the movie. And, i think maybe Noland too when he was saying there was 2 kinds of them?

I get that Predator & Predator 2 are more popular movies and Predator because of KPH but people cant just say the Super Predators arent bigger because of the Suit actors. The intention was always there even if the visual was not. On paper they are bigger.

They even said in the making of's that the suit actors they chose were because they needed them to act and be physical. Not just walk around looking tall and calculating. We had Falconer Sword fight, Berserker was running around alot and wrestling with Classic Predator and such. We never got that in the original 2 movies and just got a few glimpses with the AVP movies. We wouldnt of seen KPH running and shoulder tackling another creature and rolling around in pools of water and Fire. A plasma caster chase scene where Classic is jumping over trees and branches and falling, Berserker being sent with a backflip through the air because of the grenade rig ect

The Super Predators are bigger. They sacrificed on screen visual presence for motion. The Alien Queen is clearly being moved by a crane in some shots but it doesnt mean she is half Xeno half crane. The story is fact, the visuals do what they can to aid it. Visual does not over ride story and intention.

Kind off topic but at this point does that really matter? heh… anyway, in terms of Preds I want to see now I really want a new Wolf Pred. I dig that design quite a bit and it's one of the few Predators I'd actually would want to display unmasked as I love his face. I'm a sucker for characters with major facial scars like that (love Lena Headey's character in Dredd too for example).

I never thought I'd say this, but I also would really like a Celtic. I have always liked that mask design but hated the AvP designs in general. Hot Toys though with the new Scar has made me dig the design. I still hate it on film so I'm sure they have made me like the design through making it inaccurate but the end result is still me really digging that figure. So I'd love one with the mask I like. IIRC Celtic also has a bit less armor which I like more as well.

I'd bet that someone like taylerdurdem could make a custom Celtic mask and gauntlet net launcher for Scar upon release.

Here's a thought though... Would they re-use the Classic body for a new Wolf? You can tell it's just the same body reused beneath the Scar armor. Wolf would need a completely new body sculpt to be proportioned right.

I think it's pretty hard to tell if it's the same body or not given that it's almost entirely covered up. They have done different bodies though when needed. The Classic does seem to have a different body than City Hunter, at least a different torso as one has spines and the other doesn't.

I'll have to look closer then, at a glance I thought they were exactly the same. On scar I'm mostly gauging from the exposed parts like the arms and legs, relative size nect to the accessories, but I would imagine it's largely the same body. It looks good regardless. I just remember how ridiculous the original AvP preds looked beneath the armor, with those shoulder paldrons a half inch above the shoulder...

This is the current state of my Pred. Changes include:
- leather belt pouch
- leather shoulder bag
-- newly sculpted bones with string wrapping
- leather corrected loincloth straps
- rubbed off black on wrist blades
- tubes added to mask
- shaved down the peg on the netgun (so far the only destructive change I have made)

I had to go back and look at my post since you didn't quote the part with "tie" in it.

Most recently not sure it's accurate but I made a tie to hold the skull and spine to the back. I based it on what I think I can see in this image. I used cotton string soaked in paint and really like the way that looks. I might end up replacing the loincloth straps with the same material.

I'm referring to the cording around the spine of the skull that's used to attach it to the back. If you look at the spine you'll see several brown cords between the vertebrae.

you could dig examples yourself if you were interested in the subject you're commenting on, but i've given an example:

strength:
P2 broke iron mech in metro without noticing it, he made a hole in reinforced concrete floor (under the lift) being injured and weak.

classic pred couldn't break a chain which was broken with an axe in human's hand in one hit. take an axe, take a chain thin enough for a human to break it - and you'll see what chain classic cannot tear.

berserker couldn't defeat classic pred for an enough long time. when they were struggling, they were almost equal. also remember that classic was weakened from hanging.

full-force berserker is slightly stronger than a weakened classic, who is shown a lot weaker than original predators.

then classic who is significantly smaller then original predators which is clearly seen when he is together with people on screen, but it's an infinite loop.

Visual does not over ride story and intention.

after this phrase i feel like in medieval ages with their plain earth, the vault of heaven and other Stories and Intentions of Church.
no infinite loop with people who read stories about movies instead of watching movies.
