Yup, he still has the GitD paint on him.

Here he is updated with the changes I mention above. The loincloth and gauntlet where the last things I did last night and only had the two passes with paint so they lacked the layering of the other pieces.

I like this Green Lantern custom, very unique :monkey3
I don't mind critique in the least. I have been to art school and posted on plenty of art forums. I welcome critique and it's a big part of why I post stuff in the first place.

But, please try and make useful comments rather than just being a ****.
well i gave you a useful comment with useful photos showing that predator's armor is not light brown, his leg armor is almost black, he doesn't have so much green stuff on him and doesn't look like old stuff kept in museums decades after the movie was made.
you said pictures don't show you anything and left him light brown/green.
now RIDDICK appreciated all that green - and you're still disappointed.
i guess talented people, and you're obviously one of them, are simply very hot-tempered :lol

just checked the movie again. scenes in penthouse, on the roof and in bathroom (before the blue fire was lit).
there is no that abnormal amount of green stuff on his chest, shoulder, disc. his disk holster is very dark - dark as darkest parts of armor, a lot darker than bags.

::sigh:: I'm not hot tempered, I just don't see why it's also necessary to include in critique nasty comments which you do 100% of the time. You're NEVER civil, ever.

I also don't agree with your assessments of the colors. I didn't repaint it to make you happy so while I will consider all critique it's a fool's errand to try to make everyone happy.

Nice! Armor looks older and more battle worn. I dig it. Can u point me in the direction of the glow paint please?

Current state. Probably will still do some additional tweaks and am planning on getting the taylor mask so I won't be repainting the stock one.

:rotfl you see, if anybody shows any of your mistakes, you just become all hate and lying :lol
of course it's your figure, you decided to make it based on spoiled old stuff instead of a movie, totally your right. but don't cover people with hate and lies just because they give you movie photos, that's childish.

Received today the City Hunter, made myself the present that its my birthday. Will try to spend a few hours with it if they let me :gah:

Amazing painting skills, love dedguys mod :monkey1

If you look closely, mine is tied on with some of the same brown paint soaked string I used for the belt. I knotted it around the spine in two places and then it's slung up around the neck and under the collar piece.

Nice work, DG. The armor has a real Stargate (the movie) paint look to it now, which is awesome.

Thanks.

Cant wait to have your kit!!!

Gonna explode of tension!

No idea if it's accurate, I based it off of some poor film screecaps that was likely me reading too much into something that wasn't actually there. I think it looks cool anyway.
