is the neck mod hard to do and can it be undone once it's done?

It depends. I'm sure it can be done in a way that is more reversible, if youre deliberate and careful about it, I was not, so it's a done deal.
However once you've done it, I don't think you'll ever want to reverse it.

I wanted to share my modded City Hunter.
I drybrushed gold on all his armor, replaced the strings on his manpurse and groin armor, and removed the elastic on his knee pads, chopped off a bunch of his neck, and of course added Taylerdurdems awesome P2 upgrade kit. Thanks TD!

Where'd u get that unpainted base? Looks BA.... even better once painted...:clap

Repainting all the armor on my P2 to be a bit more accurate and detailed. I'm using what reference I can find, mostly from The Hunter's Lair. One of the things I really like about the actual costume that the Hot Toys figure doesn't have is a lot of variety in finishes and levels of grime and corrosion.

The disc will need to be painted again since I snapped that one in half. Luckily I have the left over one from my Shadow Pred custom and anyway I'm not super happy with the paint job on it so I welcome another go.

I want to do something about the color of the body netting as well but I'm not sure I want to paint it. I took it off him and it got all tangled up and was hell to untangle. I'm worried if I soak it in paint it will get super tangled in the process.
