Just pulled the trigger on this bad boy. Almost have the team assembled. Nick Fury, Hawkeye, Captain America, and Thor... check!!!

i can't really see where the belt is crooked?? is it the two pouch things not being at the ends of the belt on both ends?

yeah, theres about a centimeter gap on one side

I have had three of these, one was broken on the buckle so Modelzone sent a replacement, ALL three were like this, I highly doubt you will find one much better, the belt requires some messing with to get the right look, but afaik the real belt was like this also, don't have a picture right now mind.

Now on another note for those interested, I could not take that my first repaint of the shield did not go well, sooo.... I bought another eeeeek!

Stripped the paint again, tried some other methods and I finally got a finish I was happy with. Now both these pictures are my repaints and are not hot toys original paint work it is my own.

I have seen belts that are centered just like the pic of cap you posted. Other collectors pics are centered so mine will be too

Personally I see no difference its just lighting/ angle I can do same with a bit of messing around. I do wish luck in finding one tho

Its not terrible and probably not noticeable to most people but I and very picky when it comes to $200+ figures

Actually I have a minor issue with the pants as well...

The "zipper" isnt attached properly.

Mines is slightly off center as well. Not as off as your though.

I still wonder what use Cap has for belt pouches since his only weapon is his shield? It's not like he's Batman who's constantly throwing his little expensive toys around haha..

@Nick, I can see SSC tagging the belt as a minor QC issue, though.
The zipper on the other hand, is unacceptable.



And good point on the belt.. He seems to have no use for it other
than for looks.
