Is there a problem with the paint on the shield? I have had crappy plastic parts from China before and honestly the shield's paint looks like it's cracked on the inside already, this means in a matter of time it will crack outside and not even a clear coat of paint will stop this. Is this the fate of mine alone or what?

I have my Cap using the battle damaged shield and I noticed the cracks yesterday. Im bummed cause I thought that shield wouldnt crack, I was wrong. Its a shame that this issue wasn't corrected from the first Cap figure, shades of Iron Man's pink panties!!

I have every type of weather and temperature where I live. I keep them out of direct sunlight for the most part and dust free. I was never particularly careful handling them either but not rough. I dont know what the trick is...

I've looked everywhere, haven't found something to what is close to what he wore in the Avengers, if anybody has anything it would be a huge help, I really want to jump on building a figure
