Wow, that just might be the worst Hot Toys head sculpt I've seen in the last few years. I'll wait for the bare arms version, hopefully they let Yulli do that one. Bummer.

So disappointed in this fig. I was really looking forward to it (figuring it would be an instant upgrade over the V1). Sadly it's not worth an upgrade....even for the body. Can't beleive I'm saying this but the V1 Headsculpt looks better than the headsculpt on this Avengers Thor. I don't see Hemsworth at all.
He just looks so ugly!

It is absolutely DiCaprio. Unreal. I don't think I've ever seen a headsculpt of one guy look so much more like a different guy! Seriously, change the hair and reduce the stubble and you've got almost a bang-on DiCaprio headsculpt completely by accident!
Having said all this, the rest of the figure looks incredible.

Seriously? JC Hong is the best art director in the business, some of the paint jobs HT have brought out of late beggar belief. Nobody else can do paint like Hong. Even on this substandard effort the paint effects are incredible even if the tone is too pale.

lol I just notice, looks like Hemsworth has a scar on his lower lip and Kojun sculpted it in. Funny how he picks up little details like that, yet the over all likeness is off

Actually, that would make a killer base for a Gangs of New York custom. If they give us a Daniel Day-Lewis Loki, then we're all set.

Didn't Kojun sculpt Barney Ross (Stallone)? That was a great sculpt.

At least they gave him a really tall body this time. I like everything on this figure except the headsculpt. I am confident it will be updated. As long as we keep complaining
