I feel sorry for this figure sometimes. Its probably the cheapest avengers figure out there right now. Im guessing its not selling well as the rest. Hulk will be great... just saying.

Man, I wasn't sure of it before, now that I have him in hands, he is a truly nice figure, he doesn't look cheaper and The likeness is good enough, pics don't make him justice.

That is surprising to me. Of all of the Avengers figures released so far this looks the most impressive.

Right there with you. In fact, he's the only Avengers figure I own.:lol

Nothing at all against the Avengers, but I just have no plans of collecting the team.

Thor and Loki were and are the only ones I really wanted from this line.

Guys I bought the Bane body to make a sleeveless version but of course the body is to big. Ay suggestions as to which TT I should get and switch the Bane arms with?

I'm guessing they made more Thor figures than they did Widows, Hawkeyes and Furys, probably about the same amount for Cap. Fury and Hawkeye never had figures before, and Widow is a definite upgrade on a figure most people didn't have the V.1 of. Thor on the other hand is in a very similar outfit as his v.1 figure and we know they'll be a Dark World version next year. So he's probably not as in demand as the earlier figures, or is, but there was more initial stock.

The fact that he's in a VERY similar outfit is probably the biggest hurdle. It's a bit hard to justify. Until I won one from Sideshow, he was dead last on my list to get... maybe... even though I really liked the figure overall.

This is one I'm going back and forth on.

I really like the first figure, and I'm sure another will be released from The Dark World. The thing with this one, and it has already been mentioned, is that he really doesn't look all that different.

I can't decide if I want this one, or want to wait on a Dark World one. Since I'm collecting the Avengers line I should probably get him......... I'm just very "meh" about it.

Definitely get him for your Avengers line. I had the THOR movie version and sold it because I thought that one was 'meh'. Way to scrawny and I wasn't sold on the sculpt. The Avengers one is WAY better in terms of how bulky Thor actually looks, and in-hand the figure is really good.

You could always then decide to sell Thor V1 if you end up wanting a Dark World Thor...

This figure looks great in hand. Definitely worth picking up and definitely if you want a complete Avengers team! It simply blows the first version away! :rock
