As I wrote on the Facebook.... HT knew what they were doing! My theory is, it's a scam!! It's just marketing.

Create a negative reaction, get all talking about it, create the negative buzz, then weeks later show a much improved product to make u think they listen... To show what they are capable off.

They had this sculpt all along, they may fool some of you but not me!!!

I've worked in marketing for a big company and have seen this type of media hype before.

I liked the first head sculpt just fine. But I do see the difference and I do think the new one is an improvement. Subtle, but it does help.
