I don't think Hot Toys has ever canceled a figure they have taken pre orders for. Its coming out.

But it's only the somewhat misguided minority of here folks that really think this will really get cancelled. This has money maker all over it....

1) It's Spiderman, and Spiderman, being in the top three of most recognisable superheroes of all time, sells super-well.
2) Despite being Spiderman, it is also benefiting from the altered costume design, making more collectible than perhaps some people realise and even perhaps the ASM-II suit.

If it's just waiting for minor revisions due to Andy's (or his agent's) approval, or to make minor adjustments to the suit, then it is just a matter of time before it's available.

Let's not forget, for something that has to go into mass production, like these figures, even a small adjustment has to be incorporated into the production line and that in itself probably takes much more time than you and I might think.

Anybody know if and or where I can find a Jansport or similar sixth scale back pack? I've only been able to find military-type packs. Any help is appreciated.

I want something like the pack Peter has when he's on top of the skyscraper talking on the phone to Aunt May.

Precisely! And this is exactly what should happen...right up until the figure actually arrives in hand. Then it more-or-less starts again from scratch and with a life of its own.

And if the figure is actually any good, the re-emerged thread runs for over a year with pictures and updates and mods, just like the 1989 BATMAN figure thread (and others) has done.

I hope so. I think im gonna get one straight from HK, i've feel like i've waited enough already and it will cut the wait for it by a few months as UK always seems to be last.

Yeah, I was hoping for just a little something. But with that being the case, I might try to find it else where. Then again, I have Sideshow rewards points too.....Hmmmm....
