I'm on the fence with this or the medicom. I like this one better but the scale is stopping me from picking it up. If it was the same height as the SM3 it would be a no brainer. Decisions decisions.

Not aimed at you directly but what are the lumps around the top of the biceps/armpits and around the bottom of the shoulders?

Those just look like the outer head of his triceps.
