WOW... that space is gonna fill up fast :lol

Haha yeah I can't help it. Seems to be a common theme amongst fellow freaks :hi5:

I have Stealth Cap on pre order and might try and get an X3 Wolverine soon, but then I'll be drained financially for a while :slap

I'll have to get creative with that space to keep the figures from migrating out tho lol

thats the worst! at least forme, I don't like downsizing :lol

Congrats to all who've pick this up recently. It really is a very nice figure and you can't really appreciate Spidey until he is in-hand.

Sometimes the simple poses are the best!

I love the soft rubber hands on this figure. Not once have I felt like I am going to break a peg when swapping out hands. All future Hot Toys should be this easy! And for all the talk about broken shoulders, I really like the shoulders on this one. They have a good range of motion and allow you to pull them back and down to allow for a broader look.

Mine arrives on tuesday and I really can not wait! Planning on getting the new spidey and having a spiderman shelf :D

Nice photo, JD! Yeah, I was one of those people who initially thought that the costume was just okay, and the figure a little bland. However after re-watching TASM before TASM2 was released and seeing a fellow collector selling his for less than $150 made me decide to get it, and it grew on me.

Here's a recap of my BD TASM :)

^^ Said it before, and I'll say it again - I really dig your BD ASM. You have quite the skills my friend. :duff

I agree. I took inspiration from the scene where he's standing on the roof with the backpack on. Can't wait for the ASM2 figure to come out so I can finish recreating that scene.

Finally got one yesterday and despite all the concerns I'd heard in-hand, he's so well done. In hand he is just phenomenal and he's up there as one of my favorite figures so far

Could not agree more!

Got mine last week, love it. Unless the ASM2 figure drastically improves, this will remain my only definitive Spidey!

Initially I was thinking there was no way this could be THE Spiderman in my collection because this is not the classic suit. As the ASM2 figure started looking more and more like trash I turned my attention back to this one. Then I realized.. hey, NONE of the Marvel Hot Toys are comic accurate. I'm posing him with my Avengers and all of them will have ALT suits so why not! He fits right in and looks great in his modern costume.
