Re: Hot Toys - MMS - The Avengers: HULK

^ Could also be first MMS with PERS.... or fixed "glass-like" eyes like Jake Sully...

Hulk's beautiful teeth are also separate pieces (top & bottom pieces).... The eyes and dentures are inserted behind the face before assembly...

So the Knees have joints but not the elbows what a joke

How do you know that?

I thought the interview quite clearly stated that the elbows would have joints? Just might be covered, like the knees?

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - The Avengers: HULK

Someone mentioned a few pages back that what we saw at Ani-com was not yet final :D
joints are still to be added

EDIT:
Just an extra bit of titbit,

According to plastic enemies' post on his blog, these hulk pics were from the recent ani-com where all joints have not been developed yet so to stay tuned for the official announcement.

When can I order my rubber Hulk sandals???

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - The Avengers: HULK

The face does not look very good in those latest pics. Well, the figure overall.

The more photos i see of this especially the new plastic enemies teaser from this morning i'm starting to think this figure may have PERs like some others have suggested. Hulk wouldn't have to be a DX to have PERs, The Mars Attacks figures had PERs and they were regular MMS releases.

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - The Avengers: HULK

I was thinking the same thing, and it would maybe explain why his hair looks like it's two pieces.

Another explanation for that could be that instead of giving us two or more heads for hulk h could have two or more faces which can be swapped out kinda like the Jack Sparrow DX.

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - The Avengers: HULK

Damn, Hulk before Coulson? That sucks! This figure looks no where near ready for pre-order.

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - The Avengers: HULK

Hulk in this pic doesn't look like a USD 300+++ figure.. going to pass.

Exactly what I was thinking. The closeups make the hair look even worse. I agree that the SideShow looks much more impressive with the proportions.

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - The Avengers: HULK

Headsculpt is looking amazingly spot-on. Not a fan of the shoulder joints, but what can you do.

Which also wouldn't be that bad, I suppose. Though I would expect more uniqueness in the overall details of a Hot Toys head sculpt, I figure Hulk's hair doesn't change much better expressions, lol. I still think there is a chance he has PERS, but I'm not going to assume.

Re: Hot Toys - MMS - The Avengers: HULK

If that the sculpt everyone is saying has PERS, that would be idiotic. You can barely see his pupils because he is squinting so much. That would make no sense.

I think that...
Agent P. Culson will be back for Avengers II or III - probably III - as 'The Vision' anyway.

They have already taken one liberty with secret identities (Thor/Don Blake) so why not another?

I have seen that theory floated around, and I have to say, it's certainly not out of the question. I think it's a interesting idea.
