Well if you use my wonky scale as a reference point and assuming that Thor and Hulk are directly opposite each other, then I think it may be a smidge too big? I'm not fussed myself, looks superb as is...

Edit: If Hawkeye is actually next to him then the scale is spot on...

This is a better reference, exactly side by side. Hulk is obviously crouching over a bit so that needs to be taken into account.

Hulk fully upright is 9-10 feet tall, so hunche slightly like the teaser we got, he should be about 4-5 inches taller than other figures.

There's been NO tease of the portrait, the teaser imae is a fake fan photo, all we've seen is a shot of reference photos inspiring the sculpt.

I was referring to the pic of the in progress work. It looks great!

There's no head sculpt in ther though, it's from the shoulders down.

Well a 1/6 Hulk is essentially a 1/4 scale average person, he's going to be big.

I really like that his mouth isn't even as open as the ref photo we saw, and that Kirby Neanderthal look is there.

Hulks scale is perfect. No one should stand taller than the bottom of hulks chest. If he is only 8 feet tall he would still tower over everyone.
This is a pic of my first attempt to make an accurately height represented hulk. This is only about 15 inches tall.
