Sounds like me. I started off with the Classic Predator, then saw the Keaton Bats, then Superman , I love Arnie so had to have the T2 then damn "Dutch PF looks sick" ...... and so the story goes.

Now I'm up to my knee's in pre-orders and decisions after just wanting a "couple" of cool looking figures. This has given me a bit of a wake up call though. Probably a good thing!

Time to chill out. :rotfl

EXACTLY. We have some amazing pieces and we can keep getting amazing pieces. We just have to slow down and not get obsessive.

" Authentic and detailed fully realized likeness of Hugh Jackman as Wolverine in the X-Men: The Last Stand movie" really now if the that was be true the price would be easier to swallow

I'm surprised they don't show thus with jacket off too . Is thus the same body as the original ? He looks bigger. Especially the legs . Ther huge .

If only this figure could heal up the damage to the bank balance as quickly......

Then I might consider buying this.

$234.99?

easy pass for me, i have the original wolverine and to me the likeness is way better, sorry SS and HT not getting my money this time haha

What'll be hilarious is if this sells out and then everyone complains about the after market being $300.

I dont like the grin, looks like he is saying "CHEEEESE" for the camera! Thought this was suppose to be an improvement of the original Wolverine!

I pre-ordered mine!!! This is way cheaper than what the Origins Wolverine is selling for!!! Comes with an awesome light up stand too!

It will, and by that time dolls will be $300 retail so there won't be much remorse.

It's absolutely useless to blame HT or SS for the increase in pricing. We keep paying whatever they put out at whatever price levels they set, so why wouldn't they keep raising prices? The problem isn't because of them. :clap :rotfl

It's time for some of you more creative members to gather up some capital and give HT some competition at a reasonable price. As long as they hold a monopoly on this type of figure, we're screwed!

The price on this really is ridiculous. I feel like HT and SS are running an experiment on pricing to see at what point their price will hurt sales and profit.

They get the best licenses and make the best products. The aftermarket on 85% of their stuff is notably higher than retail. They're the kings of the 1/6 hill. And if any of us were in their shoes we'd probably be charging the same.

Same thing happened with Gordon... sold out. now you see people paying up to $400 for it on ebay..

I don't know what everyone's surprised about . The price of these thing have been sky rocketing across the board . There all too much money if you ask me . It's ridiculous . I mean the joker 89 is how much ? $270 .

$260-ish, but he can be had for $240-$250. And when you look at what he comes with, it's a much better deal than this. No comparison. Wolverine here costs around as much as a DX and comes without PERS and without any accessories.

but when was the last time a hot toys figure sold out? you can pretty much get anything released lately for cheaper off these boards :lol
