Can someone tell me if the Origins Wolverine has real metal claws? The specs on this one just says claw hands but doesn't specify metal. I think it would really add some realism to the figure.

I like this figure enough to buy it. Huge Wolverine fan as well as Jackman. Even Kate and Leopold! I really hope we get more X figures. I'd be on board for the whole team. Even nightcrawler and Grammar Beast. Colossus and IceMan would be insane.

^^ in that case ... Wolverine in the buff is the common denominator... in all 4 movies I believe..

I know this is gonna sound kinda gay, but i'd love a Weapon X figure of him, with pants with his legs sculpted like the arms and torso of the XO version

Probably a relatively easy bash though, can't think of a hair sculpted body though

For $235 smackers, I think this one would have too.

Personally I prefer the bone claws, never really did like the movie claws. They look good on the figure though.

Cool. Thanks. I'd be tempted to make my own if I knew how. I have medicom claws for a template. I just need the material to make them. I hope this one has it.

I think the knock offs are slightly different, they are laminated with a metallic look, or so I have heard.

This has shot to the top of my most wanted list for figures currently up for PO, still eagerly awaiting the two new Captain America figures and the new Joker 2.0 but this will be a whole new character for my shelves really can not wait

I am conflicted on this figure. It's great looking, but I don't want to encourage HT to keep pricing things this way. And I have the original HT Wolverine...

...but he'll look so good in an official uniform next to Cap and Iron Man and Spidey.

I haven't pre ordered but I'll buy. It may send a little message, as retailers may not place a large order like they would for say Batman.
