This will be one of hot toys best I think...head is perfect,love the base and body will be fine on release...HT will see and know about all feed back.
Was never the biggest Superman fan but Man of Steel was really great.

Looks incredible. Price is reasonable. Not much more than Coulson which was a nice surprise.
This is so very ordered.

So far, providing they make some minor alterations, Hot Toys are two for two with their Superman releases. I'm not counting the Returns figures, as they were before the "realism/accuracy" leap that we're used to, but, from what I understand, even those were good figures for the time.

Actually(And this is not criticism), i think the head, whilst good, needs a little tweaking. I *know* it will get it between now and when it is released, so it's not an issue.
It looks a lot like him right now, but i am hoping it looks better when released.
I expect this one was REALLY rushed to get the reveal and PO up.

This was an instant pre-order. My most anticipated figure from my most anticipated movie this year. Man of Steel delivered everything I hoped it would and I'm officially all in. Really want them to do Zod and Faora to go along with this and Jor-El, but I'm open to more. Lois Lane, huge homage to Superman II's Non guy, Zod's creepy Kryptonian science guy... Right now I would be willing to buy almost anything from this film.

just preordered this. the suit looks really good in bright lighting and if you JUST look at the pictures without HT puffy cape syndrome. here's to hoping tonymeis makes a custom!

Maaan I really want to PO this figure, this would be my 1st HTs.

But it's so beefy and that is keeping me from getting it, how could they miss on the body build like that?

Maaan I really want to PO this figure, this would be my 1st HTs.

But it's so beefy and that is keeping me from getting it, how could they miss on the body build like that?

I don't know if its been said yet but the body looks like the ttm20 or t-800 Arnold body, it is way to big for this superman. They will likely correct the body for release, at least I hope they do

I hear you. But when something is so perfect(almost), it makes me paranoid due to the fear of them loogie-ing it up.

Don't get me wrong. If the figure looks EXACTLY like the proto, i will still be in for all the copies i pre-ordered.
It will be a nice surprise when the final body type is revealed and the neck and torso have been slimmed.

Body needs a heavy rework. It looks all sorts of doofy. I mean, check out that knee area, how it tapers from his puffy thighs... so weird.

The body is just too big and looks puffy because it has no definition.
