Hey Bransen, it is actually the New Goblin base. I grabbed a couple of them when Toy Anxiety had them. They work great.

Anther figure that is part of the 30% off that I'm really tempted to get. I think I may get this guy even though Igor is such a good deal but I need cash for AOU Cap. Sweet Armor and haven't gotten a Iron Man piece in a while.

AOU Cap will be around for some time. They keep doing this to get rid of stock and some time soon figures like Heartbreaker and Silver Centurion will be gone.
