The headsculpt is pretty good. Are you talking about the Helmeted one or the Steve Rogers one.... I guess they are both good, but I never considered the Golden Age Cap head to be a total bust, it looks great at the back

I might end up getting the 2pack eventually..... and I guess I could sell the Stealth figure if I don't like it

Still not sure why Cap was wearing the stealth suit harness on top of his GA suit in that scene. The original TFA suit's back buckle was already magnetic to begin with. I guess the GA suit's wasn't? I suspect this was quick fix for a movie prop issue, maybe they forgot to incorporate a way of attaching the shield to the back of the GA costume. Though I'd imagine they can post-production the harness out of that shot but they decided to leave it in.

He could not attach the shield to his back without that harness. Theres nothing on the back of Golden Age costume to hold the shield (unlike TFA costume which had the strap built in) Then when he's fighting, obviously took the harness off cause he didn't need it at that point.

I think I owe some guys a really BIG thank you , I must have some of the most loyal friends/viewers on youtube . its nice to be mentioned along with the MASSIVE reviewers around and im always really flatter by the compliments I get (around page 395 ). I know ill never have the huge subscription or views other have , or ever be sponsored or make a living from youtube , but what puts a MASSIVE smile on my face is the fact ya can keep all your expensive cameras , top dollar lighting , your fast cut videos done for viewer retention and "check in the description box below links" to every company in the civilized world and your daily checks of your analytics to see if your textbook formular can be tweeked for more views .......but honesty is free and havin the balls to tell it like it is seems to be in fashion , not everything is awesome and I prefer expression in words not hand gestures . I could cut a four minute video easy but I know it would come across as if I was only doing it for adsense and not coz I wanted to .....anyway thanks bruvas and you know who you are

Hopefully my newness to this forum won't completely negate my opinions, but to put this into perspective you both review toys on the internet.

If someone else doing it is causing so much effrontery to you, there's nothing stopping you resolving the matter privately and directly via the medium of Facebook message, email, forum PM, etc instead of trying to create a public spectacle.

I come here to discuss action figures and make a few bad jokes with my fellow collectors, not spectate a playground-level slapfight between two grown men.

Optibotimus comes off as insincere and bitter when someone else in the reviewing community receives any amount of praise. I’ve seen him make passive aggressive comments towards Clipper and other reviewers before too, I don’t know why he has a tantrum when its done back at him.

Thing is...other than having the credit to initially pick up these figures to review and then maybe sell them just to get your Chanel going, there is absolutely 0 magic to what they do...I appreciate it because it gives a live visual of how the figure articulates, but they really are not doing anything hard or special other than talking about a toy...kudos to them having built a following and because of it earning some income I guess.

Maybe me being a photographer, makes me bias, but I'm far more blown away by Jingobells photo "review" like that **** takes WORK and looks amazing.

Yup, his reviews are great. He seems to be reviewing a lot more HT figures now, and its pretty cool that he helps promote other reviewers channels too.

Also I think we all agree Hyatt and DarkAvatar should post a video tutorial.

Unlike Hyatt's mod, my mod is pretty simple so there is no real reason to post a video tutorial on it, unless I get another one of these and take a video of it while I am modding it. There are really just two steps as now I think removing any area of front area of the fat suit (where the upper torso is) is not only unnecessarily now but should not be removed as it provides padding for the chest. However, that area of the fat suit should still be split into two. Also I think there is enough of a V shape of the torso so that there is no need to pull the waist area anymore back and hold alligator claps to make the waist smaller because having a hump on at the back of the torso looks ugly.

As we know there are two parts of the torso and upper part and a lower part.

Step 1. Remove the fat suit from the lower part of the torso, so only the upper part of the torso has the fat suit, so only the lower section of the torso should look like this.

Step 2. Lift up the shirt and just start to cut along the sides of the upper torso along the dotted lines, where the remaining fat suit is until you reach the arm pit where the arm joins the socket (where the black arrow is pointing).




This will split the fat suit in two like in the pic below.



Now the back part of the fat suit will now be able to sit flush against the body and form the V shape. Notice in the picture below that the back of the fat suit along the sides is now parallel with those red lines I have drawn.




And the front part provides the padding for the chest muscles. I have since gone back and added some of the front area I cut away and taped it to where it once was so it now covers the pecs. The final result of the torso will look like this.

I thought it was either that body or Arnies. I wanted to use that body to but you have to break the neck off and insert a neck post. I don't think I am as talented as you to do that.

Thanks but the making the shoulders that big, raised his arms too high because adding any amount of padding in the shoulders will raise the arms up.

Nevertheless, I did add some padding but just enough to make his shoulders noticeably bigger without raising the arms too much.

I know the shoulders are not as defined and broad as the first one I did, but this is the best I can do, anymore padding and the arms will be raised too high.

They did it because its HOLLYWOOD and they do stuff like that for intentional purposes they choose to shoot an alternate scene for whatever reason trust me I got friends in the film industry that are all about switching stuff out for different scenes and shots to later switch in and switch out on the cutting room floor

Hi guys I spoke to Hyatt and he mentioned he used the shanks ( From Knee to Ankle ) Off of the TTM19 but i know the TTM19 cause i used it on various customs and they are not the same ankles as in his pre Strike suit cap modded body, anyone got an idea what lower legs he used because the ankle and ball joints are way to long on those to be a stock TTM19 as he said. Please speak up if anyone knows, as i will be attempting his mod on another cap body SOON.

Looks good. But just like any current head with an older body is that the head is disproportionately big for the body. Just picture him wearing a helmet. He will look like a bobblehead or one of those Egghead figures.

only the NRD I think can be transferred, and only once I believe. You would have to just cancel the order and get a refund
