This set is one of HT's best! Just got it from a Freak- the Stealth Suit is wonderful in details and design. Much better than the Avengers Cap..which looks cheap and toy-like next to the Stealth suit..in my opinion

Way better than Avengers 1 Cap, true, but that's not saying much. Avengers Cap Stock is my least favorite HT Cap EVER. Fortunately I've been modding and kitbashing so I "fixed" Avengers 1 Cap to be a bit better. Still though, the stock figure is worse than Rescue version, worse than Star Soangled Man and way worse than just Steve from the twin pack.

I basically just wrapped his chest with cotton and used cotton balls for his shoulders. Then I used a spare SSS Cap head and I think the results speak for themselves.

Avengers Cap was awesome. That's one fig I won't sell. I excuse it because it was 2012 HT but I do wish the shield didn't flake.

SHIELDS! Well I guess the BD one has less issues but just throw a couple of coats of sealant on them. Every cap shield I own has been clear coated by me. Need a tutorial, search YouTube or just use Tamiya TS-79 for a clear coat or TS-13 if you want a bit more shine. The first thing I did when I received my AoU Cap from HK was seal the shield even though there haven't been issues with the diecast ones (so far).

I really don't think the Avengers 1 Cap uniform is that bad.

At least, if you don't compare it to ANY other Cap uniform from the movies.

I actually still really like the avengers version. My first Hot Toy and I will always love it

I think FA Cap is the best but too short- sold my TWS Golden Age so will have to pick that up again. Stealth Suit is modern and very stylized but articulation is limited..bit look is awesome.
AoU Cap looks great to me.
Avengers Cap looks too skinny in a very tight looking outfit. That's my only problem with it...

Yeah, AoU Cap is easily the best. Glad the included the 2 headsculpts since he only is wearing his helmet for like 10 minutes, lol. TFA=GA Cap just without the height problems. And you're totally right about that, he looks so short compared to the others.

No sir. Whole body. Legs and ass look more filled out now. Still flexible and can do the shield on his back pose as well.

Wow I am surprized it fit. Did you fix up the outer shirt because it doesn't look like it is falling out of the suit in that pic unlike the first ones you posted?

Well.... Yes and no. It still comes out if you try to pose him but it just poked right back in, but it's not nearly as bad.

Ah that's a shame, did you cut both ends front and back? BTW you didn't bulk up the shoulders did you? They don't look flat like the stock figure.

No I didn't. The bulk of the body just pulls them through. Nothing could be done.

Oh really? Now that is interesting and quite annoying, I thought the rubber suit would resist that from happening.

The back can't be zippered though. I think a hybrid body looks best(someone posted their I don't recall). I just filled mine out with cotton and the end result was good enough for me.
