The back can't be zippered though. I think a hybrid body looks best(someone posted their I don't recall). I just filled mine out with cotton and the end result was good enough for me.

Yours looks good from that angle, do you have anymore pics?

Got my strike suit Cap yesterday and the AoU one really blows this one out the water. I still really like the stealth suit and shield, for what it is, but I hope a 2.0 is made someday using what they learned from their AoU Cap figure.

It would be interesting to know how they made the AOU suit look better, if we knew this then perhaps we could pad this suit the same way they padded the AOU one.

I think it's the shoulder and chest area. The AOU looks miles better in those areas.

Yeah, I'm so curious as how to they were able to nail it perfectly in the AoU version when there was only a few month difference. Every pic of Strike Suit Cap had the same broad shoulder look, so it's not like HT didn't know. I mean, they nailed it with the proto version.

All in all, I still love the suit, but wouldn't mind an updated 2.0 version some day.

Thanks to Sabrina for the amazing contribution of her Harley, she inspired me to get one as fast as I could!

Lucked out and got it on eBay from a local Las Vega'n so I didn't have to wait too long haha.

I didn't get the cap 2 pack as I figured I didn't have a need for civilian cap but now I feel like an idiot, guess I for sure need AOU cap now so I can get a more permant pose with one of these guys with the bike.



No cool pose yet, cap just a stand in for the sake of the pic.




I tried to paint it close to the avengers 1 Harley as it is the most similar one to the model of the bike out of all the movies so far.

Just incase for reference again it is the 1999 Barbie X Harley Davidson motorcycle.

This is still my favourite suit, but damn it looks crap in comparison to AOU version.

Would pick up a MOS body if i could as that seems to make a massive improvement

Yeah it's a shame how the final product came out. It could have been the best Cap made but instead it's going to fizzle away.

They just padded the suit differently, pretty quick and easy fix.

Yeah but the suit on the proto was on a bigger body, whereas the suit on the AOU is on the same body but they padded it to make certain areas bugle out like the chest. The AOU version still lacks muscle definition around the shoulders and torso it is all padding that is making the torso have a V shape look.

All in all, I still love the suit, but wouldn't mind an updated 2.0 version some day.

Looks great! Non-civvie Cap also looks great on the bike (if you can get yours to bend in the necessary ways ). Glad my work inspired someone else. Yay! That makes me happy. The Barbie bike does make a suitable fit if one doesn't want to pay a whole lot for a more accurate/nicer one. Plus, it makes for a fun little project to do.
