Pretty much if you wanted to guarantee yourself a figure and you were on these forums, you clicked Buy Now from Sideshow Collectibles the day it was listed..

:exactly:

If you want to guarantee yourself an EX figure, it's pretty much gotta be a day 1 PO. No time for contemplating whether you want it or not.

I would have preferred this version because I like the outfit the best of the two, but I wasn't able to pre-order it, so I'll likely just get CW Scarlet Witch instead. Don't know if I can justify paying such a mark up difference for the outfit preference.

I got mine today and it had a broken arm right out of the box :thud: I'm hoping sideshow can replace it. Where is the quality control!? Mine was broke at the elbow joint.

I wouldn't be so quick to blame QC. Maybe it broke during shipping. You never know...

Yeah I guess that's possible, hopefully sideshow is able to do something. I sent them pics so we'll see what happens.

They'll make it right. Hopefully there is enough stock to do so since it's a limited-run figure.

If not, I would try to see if it's a simple problem to fix. What do you mean by broken?

So the elbow on the body has like a rotating bicep that is connected to a disc shaped peg to rotate 360 degrees. The other side that grips the disc shape is like a fork for the forearm peg to go into. That fork/disc peg that connects the 2 cracked open and the peg in between is cracked off... sorry it's hard to explain. I can definitely glue the pieces back together but if I do the movement is very loose and won't hold any pose that requires the arm they've bent at the elbow.

I see. Yes, Sideshow is the best course of action for that.

So I quickly open up my SW to see if she is okay, the elbows appears to be fine, but the leg joint at the hip is surprisingly loose. It's like you move the whole leg up and it drops down...Doesn't feel like it's broken inside either. I have never seen a hip joint this loose on an HT figure before. Should I be worried???

Its a better figure than the regular AoU and I would have kept it had it been in the movie longer than 2 seconds but after seeing the finished CW one I like that one the best out of the 3.
