Yes, a few years back when the Toys Fair EX was the Begins suit, a lot of the boots shipped broken and defected, SSC replaced everyone's that was.

no problem bud, I believe SS's customer service just requested a pic of the damaged item and they sent me one pretty quickly.

They gave me a $30 credit for my damaged MarkVII Stealth box. It was not pretty... and the mailer was in perfect shape so it was the way they packed it. If the mailer had been beat up I wouldn't have brought it up but it was clearly SS fault.

Got mine today. I love it, but the nose on mine seems to be pressed in flat. It looks like he has a black dot on his nose when light hits the cowl. Is this a normal thing? And if not, does anyone know of a fix?

Just enter the promo code on their website and it will show you the eligible products. I don't remember which ones offhand because I haven't used mine yet.

Okay good. I'm glad it's not a defect. I've never had a happy medium with Hot Toy's hands. Either you need to pry them off and they fall off too much.

You need to push them deep enough in and they will stay. The point is you are pushing against the gauntlet and that makes it hard to bring completely in
