Anyone ever have issues with promo codes not working? I just got two packages from Sideshow, both of which had a code for the Fall, but neither are working for another order I'm trying to make. It says they're not legitimate codes, and I've tried a few times with each making sure I put it in correctly.

Make sure you aren't accidently switching 0's and O's. That's messed up my codes before.

Not true...My Lt. Gordon in Gotham SWAT gear converted, my GA Cap converted, my Battling Cap converted, so on and so forth. My Waitlist for art prints however never convert and those aren't ToyFair Exlcusives or Movie Promo items : Just luck of the draw really :

You can email them, they are pretty good at responding back within 24 hours. I just POd Knightmare Batman from them, got regular Batman through sideshow.
