Ceasar/Koba. Maybe not of all time but Koba had his reasons and beliefs which from the POV of our main character made him a villian!
Yeah I could have included more but you got the gist!

Ripley/Xenomorph/Queen
Deckard/Batty - c'mon man - SOMEONE
Dutch/Predator
Dorothy/Witch

Like always..

If the sculpt looks this good in their notoriously bad promo photos, in person it’s likely as perfect as we could expect.

@agonistes86

What’s your reasoning for skipping?
I’m trying not to have too many figures from the same film, though the sheer amount of stuff included here is making it damn hard to resist. Don’t see this being revisited for a long time.
He's not one of my core characters I care about enough to collect/display.

Most of my figures can pretty directly be traced back to my favorite figures I had as a child. I "only" had the Kenner white-hot T-1000 back then, and he wasn't one of my favorites. I did have the McFarlane Movie Maniacs version in the early 2000's, but back then I collected anything I thought looked cool.

So while I think T-1000 is one of the best on-screen villains, I don't have any interest in owning one.

The 1/5th Horizon "T2 T-1000" vinyl kit was the first figure I bought that put me on the road to 1/6th collecting. I remember it vividly. That winter of 1991 I was obsessed with the T-1000 and saw this thing at a model shop all built up and painted with the split-head. I just had to have it.

What may have been if I just admired it and walked out of that store...

This has been my thought process as well,
though I find myself second guessing.

Welp, thanks for mentioning that figure,
I also had that growing up. Certainly doesn’t help me say no to this now.

I remember also owning the T-800 version as well.

Also remember going to the T2 3D event at Universal Studios with my brother and our Granddad, where afterwards we went to the gift shop and I remember grabbing this, the figure with the coffin and some other things. Lots of memories here, thanks for reminding me of those man.

I couldn't preorder this fast enough. I was never that interested in a T1000 figure before because of his rather boring and simple outfit, but a sculpt this good more than makes up for it.

McFarlane Movie Maniac line was a dream come true to me. Announcements of Freddy, Jason, Pumpkinhead, Chucky, The Fly etc etc etc movies you loved coming to us in action figure form. For a guy like me in his early 20’s back then I was on the SPAWN.COM sight daily!! Movie Maniac’s and Cult Classic line figures for $15.99 Golden Years of Collecting folks!

Used a $25 off coupon so went ahead and pre-ordered with Sideshow. The inevitable customs fee will sting but maybe I can make it back selling off some of the parts I won't use.

I plan to display him with the Galleria T-800 so no use for the diorama base, boots or motorcycle look.

So much nostalgia looking back,
bought the first ever Michael Myers made which was from that line. I’m in my 20’s now so all of that hit me as a young kid and truly made my childhood.
Couldn’t get enough of that line back then.

I suppose I’ll wait a few days to think about this a bit more before deciding whether to grab it or pass,
may throw my expiring SS rewards at it. Looks like a thorough package, though it’s really missing that shotgun sculpt.

I already PO the Battle Damaged T-800,
and likely will grab the clean T-800 also.
The basic civilian clothing is a deterrent,
but looking at all of the possible display options,
I might not get bored of owning it.

It's sad he brought the line back and it's terrible. Weakly painted statues.

This is a figure that will get a huge benefit from a custom clothing run. Generic clothes like this with collars are always notoriously difficult to mass produce well, or at least for hot toys to do well. The white t shirt looks like a sweatshirt at this scale. Hopefully someone puts a run together in the future because the sculpt and accessories are awesome.

Exactly my thoughts as well.
I’ve never liked their cut and sew with traditional 1:6 clothing, everything else is always a vast improvement except for the clothing.

Though with the kind of prices and wait times Yunsil, for example has, I’m not sure if it’ll ever see the light of day. Is there really enough of us to throw $600 USD out on a cop outfit? Then we also have to take into account, some would want the final battle / motorcycle look, while others (myself included) prefer his traditional Galleria cop outfit.

I didn't even know that. I started to walk away from McFarlane when he released The Godfather which was slightly smaller in scale wit the new clamshell which I did not like. They started to use that new packaging with their sports line with noticable downgrades to sculpt and paint. I have not purchased a McFarlane figure since then.
