Man I thought the whole saying hulk on screen looking like shrek has died off.

Besides it's the wrong movie. That was the first Hulk movie with Eric Bana.

I doubt that. Joker is guaranteed money. Very good money at that. He'll be released.

So HT puts itself into position if TDKR's villain's aren't received well, at least there's the unstoppable Joker to get rich on again.

Somehow I think this will still outsell Bane and Catwoman together.

Agreed....but Bane and Catwoman will be must buys for me anyhow!

I'd like to get both to fill up my villains of Batman shelf... but I just don't feel like Catwoman really counts as a villain in this Nolan flick. I think she's going to feel much more like an ally. Plus I don't like the design.

But Bane I'm hoping I will like and want as a figure. So far though, it's a wait and see kind of thing.

Avengers has really grown on me and pulled my collecting interests away from this. The colors and designs of the movie characters in Avengers seem like much more visual fun on my shelf.

But I really, honestly, truly hope I like this movie. I want to.

My wife prefers the colorful Avengers figures and posters over the somber BB/TDK/TDKR stuff.

I like both so my collection will be focussed on both movies.

I have three 27 x 40 frames waiting for BB/TDK/TDKR posters for the collection room.

I'm going to have fun contrasting all the somber* Batman stuff opposite the colorful Avengers stuff.

*But I have a feeling that TDKR will be ending on a postive high spirit note as its own contrast to all the somber marketing.
