Tomm wong is a guy that work with a publicity group, the Plastic Enemies, that makes HT announcements. He always use images as a hint when HT is about officially announce a product.

Nope, he was talking about the movable eyes not the figure itself.

Which I'm not sure why EB gets credit for anyway. The GI Joe Adventure Team had moveable eyes 40 years ago.
